There can be a lot to consider when choosing your wedding venue and estimating your catering spend. To help with comparisons to draw up your short list, here’s all the important information we think you’ll need.

What's provided?

The Venue:
Stanlake Park (SP)

  • Private use of the Vineyard Barn & Lawns, Walled Garden, Coach House & Clocktower Garden between 8am and 11pm
  • Unique and separate spaces for your onsite ceremony (max 100), wedding breakfast (max 158) and reception areas for drinks and dancing for up to 200 guests.
  • Rustic vineyard grounds for pictures
  • Bridal preparation room and loft
  • Tables and chairs
  • PA /sound system/wireless microphone for speeches
  • Outdoor lighting and furniture
  • Easel
  • Disabled facilities
  • Free onsite and overnight parking
  • Pre and post evening clean

Accommodation:
via Hosting Homes (HH)

  • North Lodge – Stunning one bedroom cottage for your wedding night, and South Lodge, a beautiful 4 bed house

Event Management & Catering:
Heritage Venues Ltd (HVL)

  • Support of our amazing team from the moment you enquire
  • Appointed Operations contact to help you with all your planning and preparation
  • Event Manager & full event team on your wedding day
  • Experienced staff to co-ordinate pre wedding ceremony registrar meetings
  • Guest Wi-Fi
  • Cake table & knife
  • Table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware
  • Complimentary menu tasting for two
  • Fully stocked bar (card payments only)

Civil Weddings and Celebrant Ceremonies at Stanlake Park

A onsite ceremony fee is payable if the wedding takes place at Stanlake Park. This will include the set-up of
chairs, tables, linen, use of speaker systems, cleaning thereafter and the civil licence fee. The fee is payable to
Heritage Venues Limited, the Event Management and Catering company and is separate to the Registrar payment that
you book directly. Please refer to the Event Management & Catering price list for full details.

Your Day, Your Way

At Stanlake Park we offer the flexibility to design a day that sits perfectly within your vision and gives you various food and drink options to suit any budget big or small.

Canapés are an optional choice at your wedding and often our couples love the idea of trays of perfectly formed canapés circulating during your drink’s reception starting from £9.48 per person for 3 canapes per head.

You can count on us to make your Wedding Breakfast a culinary delight your guests will rave about. With a two course meal selected from our classic dishes menu from £70.50 per person or a family serve wedding breakfast from our sharing feast menu starting from £80.82 per person, we’re confident that together you’ll  create an unforgettable menu.

We have a really exciting Evening Food menu with a range of options available and prices starting from just £9.12 per person. We are confident that whatever your food choice, it will be an unforgettable and imaginative evening menu.

Working closely with our knowledgeable Sommeliers we have created a selection of Drinks Packages which offer you a range of wines, bubbles and alterative alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to serve during your drinks reception and wedding breakfast starting from £31.20 per head.

Want to serve something more personal to you as a couple on the day, then we have a Glassware package available which allows us to provide glassware and service for the drinks you supply, together with a recycling charge for bottles and packaging, for £14.28 per person

Every wedding is unique, therefore we don’t offer packages. However, to help you plan your perfect wedding day, below are some examples of options available to give you an idea of possible costs.

Minimum Event Management & Catering spend is £5000 inc. VAT for Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday
(excluding Bank Holidays). Minimum Event Management & Catering spend is £6600 Inc VAT for Friday & Saturday

Tasting Evening

When you book your wedding here at Stanlake Park one of the many things you can look forward to is attending one of our complimentary taster evenings. For many, the food plays a huge part in the wedding planning and that’s why we give you the chance to come and see, taste and experience the quality of our food ahead of the big day. But it’s not just about the food, you’ll also meet the events and catering teams, be inspired by the venue styling and suppliers and also meet other couples who are marrying with us.

Note that where you have booked at short notice (1 year or less) or where your date has been moved due to unforeseen circumstances, a tasting event may not be available for you to attend although we will try our best to provide one.

Wanted to start by saying the biggest thank you to you. You were so incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process even with all the last minute changes. Without such a kind and understanding person/ company to work with I’m not sure we would have been able to carry on and finally get married.
