- Unique and separate spaces for your onsite ceremony (max 90), wedding breakfast (max 158) and reception areas for drinks and dancing for up to 200 guests.

What you pay and when
SP and HVL phased payment periods may be shortened or may not apply to any booking made within a 12-month period of the date. *Hosting Homes payment windows may vary in line with their T/Cs and can be confirmed directly with them at the time of booking.
Accommodation bookable with Hosting Homes (HH)
North Lodge is a one-bedroom cottage situated on the estate and offers one of a kind accommodatios for the wedding couple including views of the vineyard, stylish interiors and more. South Lodge is a four double bedroom cottage situated at the estate entrance and the perfect place for friends and families and consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds and a 4th bedroom with two single beds. This stunning converted gate house offers unspoiled views, outdoor living space, luxurious interior and much more.

Civil weddings and celebrant ceremonies
A onsite ceremony fee is payable if the wedding takes place at Stanlake Park. This will include the set-up of chairs, tables, linen, use of speaker systems, cleaning thereafter. The fee is payable to Heritage Venues Limited, the Event Management and Catering company and is separate to the Registrar payment that you book directly.
Tasting evening
When you book your wedding at Stanlake Park one of the many things you can look forward to is attending a complimentary tasting evening from Heritage Venues. For many, the food plays a huge part in the wedding planning and that’s why we give you the chance to come and see, taste and experience the quality of our food ahead of the big day. But it’s not just about the food, you’ll also meet Heritage Venues event and catering team, be inspired by the venue styling and suppliers and also meet other couples who are marrying at the venue.
Note that where you have booked at short notice (8 months or less) or where your date has been moved due to unforeseen circumstances, a tasting event may not be available for you to attend although we will try our best to provide one.

Once you have booked your wedding at Stanlake Park, Heritage Venues’ dedicated and award-winning wedding planning team will be assigned to you. With their years of experience, they will guide you through the entire planning process, helping you to create a perfect day. From advice to inspiration, our team will be there every step of the way to ensure your wedding is everything you’ve dreamed of. To finalise all the details and ensure a stress-free experience, Heritage Venues will schedule a planning meeting 3 months before your wedding day. Heritage Venues understand that every wedding is a one-of-a-kind event, and we believe in offering a personalised experience for each couple. That’s why Heritage Venues do not offer pre-packaged wedding plans. Instead, we provide a flexible approach to help you design your perfect wedding day, tailored specifically to your vision and preferences.
To assist you in planning, Heritage Venues can provide examples of options and costs that will give you an idea of what is available. This way, you can estimate the expenses and make informed decisions that align with your budget and aspirations.
Examples to help you budget
The price of your three-course wedding breakfast is determined by your main course choice from our Classic, Signature or Luxury dishes. You may choose any starter and dessert to compliment your main course. Heritage Venues offer a selection of drinks packages to suit your taste and budget. From champagne to craft beer, white, red or rosé wines, our selection of Classic, Signature and Luxury drinks options give you plenty of options for you and your guests to enjoy. Remember, Heritage Venues don’t offer set packages and you can mix and match between any of our options.

Minimum Event Management & Catering spend is £5000 inc. VAT for Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday
(excluding Bank Holidays). Minimum Event Management & Catering spend is £6600 Inc VAT for Friday & Saturday

What Next...?
Wanted to start by saying the biggest thank you to Heritage Venues . You were so incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process even with all the last minute changes. Without such a kind and understanding person/ company to work with I’m not sure we would have been able to carry on and finally get married.
