Charlotte is a Director of Heritage Venues. She works closely with all disciplines within the team with oversight of all events, with particular focus on marketing.
Val PearsonManaging Director
Val’s background is in advertising and marketing, facilities and project management, operations and customer service. Before coming to Heritage Venues she worked for ten years in the corporate sector with significant emphasis on customer service and delivery and was an accredited Assessor for the Institute of Customer Service professional qualifications.
Alys HilbourneEvents Manager
Having worked in London for most of her career, Alys discovered and fell in love with Lillibrooke Manor – Heritage Venues’ first wedding venue – in 2012 and has never looked back. She has delivered hundreds of events for Heritage Venues, passing her extensive knowledge and experience to the whole of the Operations & Events team, ensuring that each one is special and perfect in every way!
Fiona NoctorEvents & Operations Coordinator
After completing her post-graduate diploma in Events Management in 2015, Fiona was bitten by the Heritage Venues bug when she attended her Cousin’s wedding in June 2015. She came back to join the team in April 2016 and has even booked her own 2021 wedding at a Heritage venue! She provides personal client liaison and manages the event delivery team.
Jonny BannSales & Events Manager
Jonny has extensive experience in the entertainment and hospitality sector. Working across both Sales and Operations, this unique insight into event delivery ensures very high and consistent customer satisfaction.
Laura JohnsonOffice Manager
Having worked as a PA in the construction industry for 9 years, Laura decided on a change of scene and moved to Heritage Venues in 2016, where she now manages the head office at Lillibrooke Manor. She is also key to the sales and marketing functions.
Eleanor DaySales & Events Coordinator
Ellie is an integral part of the sales and events team, having originally joined Heritage Venues as a Customer Service apprentice. Now an experienced member of the team, she is responsible for sales and continual client liaison through to event planning.
Krimo MerrirHead Chef
Our head chef Krimo trained under world-famous Marco Pierre White with many subsequent years of experience in Michelin starred restaurants. As a result, his extensive knowledge and his team of dedicated Chefs bring a quality of food to Heritage Venues’ banqueting that can’t be surpassed.
Pooja RakhraGroup Financial Controller
Pooja ensures the financial wheels of the business keep turning. She provides a frictionless service to both external and internal clients to enhance Heritage Venues’ customer service standards, right up to the last invoice!
Kate AtkinsonEvents and Operations Support
As an avid organiser coupled with her desire to work closely with couples to create the start of their ‘Happily Ever After’, Kate plays an integral role as a part of the Heritage Venues Operations team, combining two of her biggest passions!
